DJ Tremayne born and raised in Fort Valley, Ga / Warner Robins, Ga. Started Djing at the age of 12 with the help of his
father, the legendary “Candy Man”. DJ Tremayne first stepped into the club scene at the age of 16. He was the
youngest DJ under the age of 21 to rock a 21 and over crowd in Middle Ga.
At the age of 17 he became an intern
mix DJ at the biggest station in Middle GA 97.9 WIBB for two years. Then he became fulltime at Hot 106.1 in Albany, Ga at
the age of 19. He claims his career really branched off once moving to Albany. He was the only DJ in South Ga that had two
mix shows on the same radio station one at 5pm and the other at 9pm.
The first DJ to break the Field Mob
records was infact DJ Tremayne and he has broken many other artists such as “Ole-E, Big Nod, Cottanpickaz, and THER.I.P.Y”
just to name a few. DJ Tremayne is a part of two major DJ Crews as well, TJS DJS and Hittmenn DJS. In 2004 DJ Tremayne
received the Platinum Needle Award at TJS DJS for breaking the most artists in the South Ga / North Florida vicinity. DJ Tremayne
is responsible for holding all the major concerts that come through in the South Ga vicinity for the past 8 years.
DJ Tremayne stepped into the mixtape
game in 2003. He has produced over 600 mixtapes to this day and has sold well over 100,000 mixtapes. Currently DJ Tremayne
is working 3 radio stations Hot 106.1 (Albany, Ga) / Magic 95/96.7 (Valdosta, Ga) and syndicated mixshow with Thrill
Da Playa on 100.7 (Tallahassee, FL). Also he is currently on tour with Ole-E as his personal DJ. Also, Tremayne is working
on his first album as an artist titled “Da Underdog”. DJ Tremayne is definitely making moves so keep an eye out
for him and the artists he is working with.
